50% in cash at arrival, and 50% in advance to ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam, plus tourist tax of 5% for all guests not registered in Amsterdam.
For 6 Euro extra we also accept PayPal payments by Creditcard.

Children

ANNO 1685 is suitable for children of any age. A pull-out bed for two children is available.Young children are very safe on the small quiet terrace at the back. Older children might enjoy the popular media-orientated Amsterdam Historical Museum and the Nemo Computer Museum for the youth. A private picnictrip on our motorboat along any of the Amsterdam canals is a special highlight - one of our own daughters is 17 and still discovering new places by boat. And she might be 'hired' for an evening to babysit your children...

Extra's

Breakfast only in special cases on request - kitchen is fully equipped for selfcatering and lots of cafes around the corner.

Parking: during weekdays you can park your car with the owner of a garage around the corner (Molenpad) for € 15 day, convenient and secure. During the weekend we advise to park with P + R Olympic Stadion or P + R Zeeburg (google for route, € 6 per day and gratis public transport to the Leidsegracht).

A pull out bed for one or two children

We supply you with infos and tips on biketours or organized historical walks

On request we provide for a private trip on our own motorboat (with captain) along whichever canals you might like to see in Amsterdam (great fun also for children)

We speak Dutch, English, German, Russian, some Hebrew and Chinese.

Cancellation policy : if cancelled: or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. (with long term bookings for more than 6 nights, up to 14 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.) If cancelled later or in case of no show, 50 % of all nights will be charged.
